What is public liability claim?
The majority of Queensland businesses will have Public Liability insurance to cover people who get injured on
their premises and has one purpose – to help those who are injured.
This means that if you start a Public Liability claim, it is against an insurance company so the business will not personally be out of pocket.
How does it work?
